Dave Phillips is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, a position he has held since 2019. As the chief legal officer, Phillips is responsible for managing the company’s legal and compliance and ethics functions worldwide.

Prior to joining Goodyear, Phillips was an attorney in the Jones Day Banking & Finance group in Cleveland, Ohio.
Phillips received his bachelor’s degree from Kenyon College, and his master’s in business administration and his law degree from Cleveland State University.
