We were just a number. No matter what. There was no collaboration. Directors and above made all decisions. Never included teams.
Senior leadership is taking too much advice from their directors of which are working for themselves... please look at where the problem lies.. It's not with your individual contributors. Listen to your people instead of taking retaliation against them and firing or separating from them.
we worked together well. always willing to help one another out.
