I felt they really took their time to find out about me and assess whether I'd be a good fit and be happy in the company. Got to speak to the founders as part of my interview process which was a great idea as you really get first-hand ability to hear/feel what the leadership are like.

Shorten the process. Come on.. 5 interviews for an entry level job you lie about pay for anyway.
