More humility . Less arrogance. Low experienced individuals and on the verge of dysfunctional

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
strong sense of belonging to the brand
Adaptable and social. Very heavy british drinking culture
Unlimited growth potential. Highest paid helathcare IC made $1M last year. This year's highest healthcare performer on track to make $1.5M. Transparency in pay. Average comp for consultants is $200K/year
Ability to get things done.... the culture supports innovation and rewards success.

Leadership needs to change in order to grow any further.
What did you like most about the interview process?
good communication and timely responses
Strategy session is required for every consultant hire
I felt they really took their time to find out about me and assess whether I'd be a good fit and be happy in the company. Got to speak to the founders as part of my interview process which was a great idea as you really get first-hand ability to hear/feel what the leadership are like.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Pretty decent talent acquisition process
Shorten the process. Come on.. 5 interviews for an entry level job you lie about pay for anyway.
What makes you most happy at work?
collaboration and the specialization of each business unit
