The people on my team. They're a fantastic and inspiring group of individuals who motivate me to grow professionally and personally.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their ability to listen to, process and take action on employee feedback. They are constantly listening to the team and strive to provide full transparency around business decisions. Also, it's been amazing to see more female executives join the team over the past few years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Each person is unique, talented and genuine. In my opinion, the team feels confident to show their authentic self to their peers daily and at virtual and IRL events. It's been special getting to know more amazing people now that we're a fully remote company!
