Leadership genuinely cares about the employees, and work hard to make this a fun, exciting, and rewarding place to work.
Everyone on the leadership team is approachable and passionate about our company and employee population.

I like how people are open to testing new things and they provide always provide new opportunities for improvement and growth. They give really good feedback and seem like they want each person at the company to "win".
Some leaders have been here since the beginning, others have joined more recently but they're all wonderful. It is great to see them all working collectively to learn and adapt as leaders. They are not afraid to seize new opportunities for business growth and help position staff to achieve results.
No matter how high up in the company, the leadership team is involved in everything and cares about what is going on at all levels in the company.
They live by 'strong opinions loosely held' and are open to feedback and alternatives, especially when there is data to back it up
Their ability to listen to, process and take action on employee feedback. They are constantly listening to the team and strive to provide full transparency around business decisions. Also, it's been amazing to see more female executives join the team over the past few years.
