What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt that they were genuinely respectful of both me as a person, and my time, throughout the whole process.
The interview process was very effective at cutting through unnecessary filler and getting right to the important details of the job function. I was accurately assessed to see if I would be proficient in the role, and was made an excellent offer once I was found to be a quality fit.
It was clear that a lot of time and energy went in to ensuring both a consistent and comprehensive candidate experience.
Getting to talk to a diverse group of interviewers
