Grailed has created an environment where empathy and humanity is extremely highly valued. Everyone works very hard, there's no doubt about it, but everyone is pulling towards a common goal and treats each other with empathy.

I like how people are open to testing new things and they provide always provide new opportunities for improvement and growth. They give really good feedback and seem like they want each person at the company to "win".

Some leaders have been here since the beginning, others have joined more recently but they're all wonderful. It is great to see them all working collectively to learn and adapt as leaders. They are not afraid to seize new opportunities for business growth and help position staff to achieve results.

Unlimited work from home which is actually encouraged and respected, on top of monthly "mental health days" where the entire company gets the day off.

The compensation is very generous, the benefits are wonderful, and the incredible PTO policy is the cherry on top. I truly feel welcome to take PTO whenever the need arises.

When Grailed says they offer unlimited PTO, they mean it -- as a manager I get notified when my direct reports aren't taking ENOUGH time off instead of the latter.

Base salary is very competitive for my role.

Everyone from the leadership downwards seems to truly care that everyone is doing OK in terms of personal wellness, and there are numerous company policies to support that.

"Fashion" has a perception of being a walled garden, but the culture at Grailed is extremely inclusive and Grailed takes concrete steps to make it a great place to work.

People are empathetic and genuinely care about providing a welcoming and supportive work environment that focuses on the humans behind the screen and our mutual well being.

The work/life balance at Grailed is amazing and there isn't any expectation to work 24/7. Employees are all generally helpful and welcoming.
