The vacation policy is amazing for upper management. If you are a rep on the floor use your time off wisely and be aware that when you start with Grande they have you sign an agreement that if you leave the company or are terminated that they will deduct the hours of PTO that you have used from your final check. PTO is not a use it or lose it system, I didn't receive my final check based on PTO used that I had to pay back.
