What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Focus on the customer means the daily work adds real value. Employees are adaptable and open to change.

What did you like most about the interview process?
You will meet future team members and all of them will have some say in whether to hire you. They are good at asking relevant questions rather than brain teasers or rating you on how many algorithms you have memorized.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lots of smart people, but also some who are used to being the smartest in the room (or think they are). Most people in leadership are extroverts and got there through salesmanship, though most I've worked with seem competent. Sometimes being an introvert is interpreted as lacking passion.
