What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Everything..they only hire philipino people
Shorten the time in between
Questions that are applicable to the position you are applying to. Too many rounds and too long from hired to start date.
Not my job to interview
It is fine they are all the same
Stop hiring people who have bad reviews from supervisors and do drugs.
