There are some more recent changes being made to try and improve the culture and environment at my worksite

Job security. It is nearly impossible to get fired.

Supervision needs to change because they're the one the is lying and creating haterade in the work place. Where i work there is a club and the one in the club gets look after.

Stop all the initiatives and latest greatest gimmick and although workers to do their job and reward them for it. Management can't retain good leaders because they won't let them lead.

Teach respect and show how to make others more engaged and can feel safe knowing the boss is nice and relaxed and can help at any point. But he can't, won't and refuses to talk to you like an adult unless you put the same stick up your butt that was in theirs.

Give incentives that actually count

Fix equipment train employees properly

They need to realize that the company equipment is subpar. We need holidays off. We need paid better. The lighting needs fixed.
