What is the best part about your compensation package?

Great coverage and great Options. Total package is very competitive.

We are paid extremely well with this company and they value their employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The majority of the work is performed by the bottom 80% of employees while the majority of the compensation goes to the top 20%. The differential between the low paid and high paid is much too high. This leaves employees feeling undervalued and working only to increase the pay to the top levels.
