The culture here is amazing. A very tight knit group of people who truly look out for each other.

Treat employees like adults, become less dictatorial and more harmonious with employees and stop acting like executives and leadership are more important than any other employee.

More assistance from direct managers with angry customers. More assistance in other divisions so processing is faster so customers are not having to call so often to check on their request.
