Friendly group and there to support us as much as possible.
They need to get better at listening to employees. Leaders are handed positions based on relationships with or without any real experience or qualifications. They may have more knowledgeable people report to them. Instead of embracing and learning from them, they feel threatened or intimidated.
Focus on people instead of managing by report.
They are elitist. We are told all of the time not to call anyone that essentially has a title even if they are who our questions should be directed to...not to call them for assistance or answers for customers. Regardless of the customers wealth or power.
