Executive Bio
Mr. John T. O'brien serves as Senior Vice President of International Operations at Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation and served as its Vice President of International Division, Vice President of Manager Middle East Division and Vice President of Middle East, India and Africa Division. Mr. O'brien joined Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation in 1979 as a rangeman on a field survey team and soon rose to be a project and area engineer. In 1990 he was named manager of the Midwest Division in Cleveland. Since 1996 he has had management responsibilities in the Middle East. He received his BA degree in journalism from the University of Rhode Island in 1978.
