How helpful was your IT team when you were first hired at Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation?
(Note I was hired as part of the IT team) Everyone in IT was friendly and helpful in my experience. The outsourced helpdesk is a pain; but once you escalated get to L2 support, they are knowledgeable and willing to help. Some lack of communication, but for the most part, if you need assistance, you will get it in a reasonable amount of time.
