Mr. Kyle D. Johnson has been the Chief Operating Officer of Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation since December 2013 and has also been its Executive Vice President since 2013. Mr. Johnson served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Company LLC since 2013. He served as the Chief Contract Manager of Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation since 2006 until December 2013 and served as its Senior Vice President of Operations until December 2013. Mr. Johnson served as Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation at Senior Vice President since February 2009. Mr. Johnson served as Vice President at Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation since 1997. He joined of Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation in 1983 as a Mechanical Engineer and has since held positions of increasing responsibility in domestic and international engineering and operations, including Area Engineer, Special Projects Manager since 1997, Production Engineering Manager since 1997 and Manager of Production Engineering. Mr. Johnson was Vice President in 2002. Prior to joining Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corp. in 1983, he served as Project Manager of Healy Tibbits Builders. He is a Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. Mr. Johnson earned a BSE in Ocean Engineering from Purdue University and a M.S graduate degree in Construction Engineering & Management from Stanford University.
