Mr. Marinko served as interim Chief Executive Officer of Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation since January 3, 2017 until May 2, 2017. He has over 30 years of professional experience and held roles specializing in accounting, finance, sales, systems and business operations. Mr. Marinko served as President of the Consumer Services division at TransUnion. He served as Executive Vice President of Consumer Services of TransUnion Corp. He served as Executive Vice President of Interactive at TransUnion Holding Company, Inc. since September 2009. He served as Executive Vice President of Consumer Relations of DataQuick Lending Solutions, Inc. since September 2004. Mr. Marinko joined TransUnion in 1996 and has provided invaluable counsel in establishing a number of TransUnion's industry-leading principles, practices and procedures. He served as Controller and Vice President of Finance at TransUnion, from 1996 to 2004. Mr. Marinko served as Controller of Official Airline Guides. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He studied Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Administration from Augustana College.
