Mr. Richard Walsh has been President of Terra Contracting Services at Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation since January 10, 2017 and serves as its Senior Vice President of Operations. Mr. Walsh has more than 28 years of experience in operations management with cross-functional experience in industrial cleaning operations, environmental health and safety, fleet management, sewer cleaning and inspection, remediation, project management and waste transportation. Mr. Walsh served as Chief Operating Officer for GLEIS and was instrumental in both Terra and GLEI together to standardize process and procedures. Previously, Mr. Walsh served as the Chief Operating Officer of Terra. Prior to Terra Contracting Services, Mr. Walsh was at Inland Industrial Services Group where he served as the Senior Vice President of Operations. Mr. Walsh is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He received his BS in Business Management from University of Phoenix and his MBA from Michigan State University.
