I don't know about the compensation. I do feel that my pay could be better, as I know others get paid more whilst not having the level of responsibility that I have.

The managment is always taking care about you and your career into the company.
Very good, seem to value staff however are happy to cut our hours in this climate. Gave us pay rise as everywhere did but also cut our hours so not seeing much difference
