inclusive, accessible and they want to change company for the better
The team work, everyone help each other

What is the best part about your compensation package?
staff discount and benefits holidays correctly paid
Matenity and holiday and extra pay at xmas
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't know about the compensation. I do feel that my pay could be better, as I know others get paid more whilst not having the level of responsibility that I have.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are still some good and hard workers
they work hard they ask for help when they need or when they are not 100 percent sure about something
Get along well with each other
Lots of enthusiastic people ready to work

friendly environment, you can feel part of a big team
They try to reduce energy use
There is never a dull moment we are encouraged to laugh and yave fun whilst working
