It is clear they care about employees!
I do not get the impression from them at all that they think they are different/better than the rest of the team. Their actions seem motivated by authentic concern and care for our clients and mission.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The retirement plan contribution and hsa matching
I appreciate the 401a contribution that we receive after 1 year of employment. Having 5% of your salary put into an account for you, regardless of your ability to save means a lot.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all super supportive of one another.
My team cares about our clients and eachother. There is a feeling of family at GreenPath, like everyone has your back and would do a lot to support you. The team dynamic here is the best I've ever experienced in a work environment.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Just everything. Casual dress code, lots of promotional opportunities, wellness focus, health advocate and continued learning opportunities.
The most positive part of our culture is how much people care, and show up authentically to do their jobs. It makes such a huge difference when people's hearts are truly invested in what they do for a living.

The process went pretty quickly, and the recruiter was great about letting me know where I was at in the process.
Touring our building was pretty great, we're really lucky to have a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Everyone I met was positive, friendly, and open. As I started, I continued to meet more and more people and had the same impression.
