- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Comp adjustments with inflation. I think this is something that folks who've been at Groq longer are more impacted by. Sometimes feels like newer employees are valued more while tenured folks are forgotten.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I think I'm generally in the middle, but that wasn't an option. I am content with my work life balance as I work on my own deliverables. Headcount allocation is a bit iffy - some teams struggle getting approval but opportunistic hires are looked at favorably.
