Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Comp adjustments with inflation. I think this is something that folks who've been at Groq longer are more impacted by. Sometimes feels like newer employees are valued more while tenured folks are forgotten.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I think I'm generally in the middle, but that wasn't an option. I am content with my work life balance as I work on my own deliverables. Headcount allocation is a bit iffy - some teams struggle getting approval but opportunistic hires are looked at favorably.
