Be more transparent and lay out a clear plan.
Fix attrition. Lay out a clear path and execute it.
The person who talks the most, wins. People are not willing to learn from one another.
Groupon pays well. The base salary is good and the pay comes with bonuses and stock options (the stock doesn't do very well)
The culture used to be great. Now it's going down hill. A lot of talented people are leaving and the management doesn't do enough to retain them.
