    Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance

  • Recently started 401K contribution but at a lower % than most. Health care is covered but with a premium you pay. Some education reimbursement. No other benefits that I can think of.

  • Most of it is having difficulties especially their local (massage and other deals with no variety and more complaints). Getaways and Goods aren't doing great but seem to be more interesting.

  • Goods is doing well, the local or g1/g2 world not so much aside from health and beauty. Food and drink is suffering bad!!!

  • The executives are making money but cutting quality employees so it is growing but will crash soon

  • Do NOT interview in jeans - wear something nice. A suit is probably too much, but please treat it like a professional interviewing experience, despite the fact that people will be casually dressed once you're in the building

    My co-workers were great but many of them quit. Newer co-workers seemed apathetic but nice. The smartest and creative co-workers have all quit.

  • Remove these awful leaders who consistently are rated low on the weekly and monthly Pulse surveys. Hire from the outside so they can change the dog eat dog culture there. Actually mean it when you say you care about the people.

  • One change I would make would be to value employees. Groupon lays off employees every 6 months and hires cheaper younger ones that are not properly trained. The biggest problem with Groupon is that it does not see employees as an asset. The company will crash without quality employees who are paid a living wage.
