I just received my insurance information in February and have only used the vision plan so far. I was happy with the service provider in-network that I chose and the overall experience with them was great. Next up will be Medical for my yearly physicals and Dental to address some issues there.

I like when they changed the PTO policy a few years ago. That made it much easier on everyone. I think merit program needs an overhaul though. It's not competitive. 3% for an outstanding salaried performer is almost insulting .
There is no best part. There is no sick time or paid family leave of any sort. The point program is a perk but I rather get sick days than gift cards.

Pay does not meet the current rate of inflation. They said there would be a 401k contribution of 50% and that has yet to be seen. Health Benefits are very expensive, company should cover more of the cost.

I was led to believe I would not take a pay cut. The health insurance is almost twice as much as at my last job resulting in a 15k shortfall. I think that the bonus structure should be revised. I have worked incredibly hard to secure VM/RE projects so I don't think it is fair it isn't weighted like

The cost of living and housing has gone up, in some places significantly, and wages are not reassessed. Raises are only effective if employees are already receiving a living wage.

Two main things are: general pay - inflation is up almost 8% in the past year, but pay increases will not match that; and work-from-home - throughout Covid, I've had to opportunity to work from home, but now there's a push from the executive team to get back in the office instead of employee choice

Looking at other companies outside of GSP, the pay is quite low here. I think that the salary increases are very difficult to achieve and are not matching the industry.
I do feel that my base salary is not comparable to others in my area with similar job descriptions and roles. If the company and leadership team would take a honest look at regional cost of living expenses and adjust base rates of pay off of that, it would certainly make me feel better.
