Strange policies and culture at Guidehouse. Guidehouse mentions in job descriptions that they have family and personal leave but they do not. It's DTO which is used up if anyone is on bench. They are telling us not to speak with our past co-workers, which is illegal. It's a free country.

My tenure with Guidehouse LLC for over three years has been an extremely horrendous experience. In the beginning, the environment was more cohesive, warm, and integrated as the organization was sub-contracting for a larger firm.
