What makes you most happy at work?

Compensation is very fair, and payment is timely.

So many incredible people. I've met friends for life working there.

The projects that are dynamic and the team. And the endless coffee lol

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The entire formate and process the company uses is extremely flawed and outdated.

Again, it starts with the Leaders at the top. Set a positive example and then consistency and accountability.
