The Leadership team for any company are the individuals who set the Culture and Environment for everyone to operate under. A great start would to be have the Leadership team to start requiring all Employees to be truthful and ethical. I assure you Guidepoint Global Ratings would improve immensely.

We work 12 hours a day and aren't compensated for it.
To actually be compensated the exact figure I was promised prior to agreeing to work with Guidepoint Global.
Stop micromanaging and focus on output rather than words typed per minute
Less micro-managing, understand that we have countless amounts of projects (due to understaffing) to deal with.
Guidepoint Global has a tendency to cancel meetings at the last moment. Not great for morale.
Change the entire management team
Everything needs to change from the bottom all the way up
Very disorganized & inconsistent process
There is nothing exceptional about Guidepoint Global. I am surprised at the results being achieved currently.
The entire formate and process the company uses is extremely flawed and outdated.
Again, it starts with the Leaders at the top. Set a positive example and then consistency and accountability.
