Trash. The company will grind you down. The schedule is everything. Most people don't even know all the rules they are breaking because they don't have time to read through all the unorganized procedures. Others just don't care. Contract employees are treated like second class citizens, frequency of layoffs are not consistent but almost always guaranteed. The culture is a typical corporate environment, "good ole boy" system is definitely here. Do not apply unless direct hired. Zero benefit as a contractor.
