What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate how smart and open our leaders are...it's rare to have this level transparency.
They give you the tools to succeed and are reasonably available when you need help.
The leadership team are industry experts. They care about their teams and are very approachable and relatable.
They're supportive, bright and inspirational.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the amount of time and focus our People Team have put in mental and physical well being. No matter your role, ethnicity, fitness level, age, ability or whatever, there is something for everyone to check in on themselves.
My favorite benefit they give is they pay a little for my student loans every month, which means the world to me as a recent graduate.
The company has a nice balance of benefits, perks, and good compensation. The benefits package is much nicer than most companies of similar size.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I try to balance work related meetings and tasks with more casual/fun meetings with my team. We are all more than employees and I love just talking with my team to simply "be".
Very approachable and understanding. I was a little intimidated when I first started, but that quickly went away after interacting with them.
There are some highly motivated individuals.
The team I work with are very enthusiastic and excited about the work they do everyday. Very skilled and resourceful. We also enjoy each other as people.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a ton of positive programming and enthusiasm about what are doing now and what we have planned in the future!
They put on a decent amount of events you can attend in a remote environment. Everyone seems to exude a positive outlook on everything, which is contagious.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to bring my complete self to my interviews. I didn't feel that I had to "pretend" to be someone I'm not.
It felt more like a conversation than an interview.
I got to meet a lot of people so I was able to learn more about the culture and types of people I would be working with. I had a chance to get to know the role and the Company before committing.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the diversity in the work! The collaboration and constant interaction with smart people is super rewarding.
When I get into a flow and get a lot accomplished, the day goes by in the blink of an eye.
