It was all good but for the last 1 year the cost-cutting started and now you don't feel like working anymore here.

My team is a mix of creative and energetic people. Best team to work with.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The pay gap is too large and no one is addressing or retaining talented people. You can hire someone with a 100% hike but not ready to pay a 50% hike to the current employee to retain.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In the name of the market correction, an entire year is wasted and no appreciation from anyone to complete a number of years here. Compensation is below market and I don't think I would get a good hike in the appraisal cycle because of the so-called market correction. Going to resign soon.
