Challenging, interesting work - no two days are ever the same there is always something new to learn

they take the time to communicate with all staff regardless of level, extra focus is put on inclusion, engagement and succession planning
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair salary, although with cost of living crisis and inflation over 11% I'm hoping we get a rise closer to that instead of the annual 1-3% this year
What are some of the best things about your team?
My whole team is able to bring their whole authentic selves to work, everyone is celebrated for who they are as individuals and we all genuinely care about each others wellbeing
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
environment - nice work space - large warm offices, with on site canteen culture - friendly and caring - i have always felt able to talk to anyone, no matter how high up they are there is no them and us mentality
