Create a space to hear the voice of everyone. Make employees feel like they matter, not just through annual merit cycle that is a given but by identifying and nurturing talent. Create programs and opportunities not just in North America but in smaller teams like in India.
I'm loyal to a cause and my cause is my fantastic team. I fight for them. But I don't feel like I have a voice currently even with the benchmarking process in motion. There is a lack of transparency & SLA for the process. I believe I'm not paid according to the market standards for the work I do.
