The sense of belonging and camaraderie.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Direct manager and general manager are both amazing managers, they are helpful, understanding and always push their teams' development.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued by my site team, but I do not feel that I'm being paid fairly, which makes me feel that I am undervalued by the senior/executive teams. A wage equal to my counterparts would solve this.
