You are given the freedom to be autonomous, but when asking for help, there is always someone willing
What makes you most happy at work?
Achieving for the company, leaving the site 'looking a little better' than the day before, having an impact and making change
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is not a comment about myself necessarily and I am sure many will say the same, however, the merit increases given to the admin teams are substantially lower than those of the negotiated colleagues.
