What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open door policy is practiced on a daily basis here. Most employees are comfortable speaking their minds respectfully and without fear.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The workload is not compatible with the compensation. Even after getting a "raise" I felt as if it was more of an insult since it was just a few cents that did not impact my paycheck.
