My team. They are truly amazing people and have really grown into their positions with the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team and how we all get along like a family. We are always stepping in to help each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am making less than people reporting to me and I am not making the minimum for my area and title. My manager is aware and working on it. The benefits are better with my spouse. Matrix is terrible to work with as well.
