They are hard working, customer focused. They are being stretched and are open and up to the challenge.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager, she is smart and cares about her people and team. She makes good decisions, listen's to our ideas, and provides automony for decision making.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Acknowledgement and support from senior leadership that I am doing work that was in my initial scope - also provide realistic resources so my team can effectively do their jobs without burning it at both ends.
