The Executive Leadership team has to be on the same page about who GXO will be and their long term growth strategy. The European regions need to have significant improvement plans put in place to solidify future potential
The executive needs to be alinged on who GXO is, the overall business structure and direction of the company past the next 2 months. The executives leadership team causes unnecessary chaos in the regions and layers below due to their lack of alignment - especially in HR and IT.
