Not comparable in the area for industrial facilities

being able to assist/help Employee's with questions they have.

The fact that they will become involved when needed to.

They are always willing to help like a team partner should
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is a disrupted start up facility with alot of customer exposure to the negatives happening. Through this everyone has the right attitude to make positive changes
