Chaotic, unsupported, and isolated for the past year. There was a lot of shuffling around in management and lack of mentorship and resources/feedback for me personally to feel successful. Despite that, it pushed me to become resilient, self sufficient, and I became a valued team member to the site.

the HSA is great, would like to see MRI's covered.

Receiving recognition and career growth/development. If there was better mentoring that would be number 1.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Focus on the employees, invigorating the values from top level to bottom, and aim toward lowering carbon footprint.
