They care about us as a team. They do a wonderful job of stressing that we have a work life balance. They work to make each person successful. They promote a family atmosphere.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are as close as a teams chat. Even though we are all in different states we are connected. We are all there to help each and it comes through loud and clear
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It was available on day one. The company picks up the majority of the cost. They listen to employee feedback and THEN act on it. Making changes that are possible to accommodate requests.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is a company that wants the individual to succeed to the best of their ability. There is the attitude that there is nothing that can't be undone if a mistake happens. There is much talk in companies about being inclusive. At GXO this is in action and goes beyond to belonging.
