That we train on Respect in the Workplace, Code of Ethics, Safety first.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When they evaluate and adjust pay according to Education, experience, performance and tenure with the Company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We just lost our Sr. HR Manager and there is no very much guidance at this time. Once the Associate HR Manager be hired, maybe this is improved.
