I have progressed well since being in the business and have met some great people along the way, i hope to continue my career here for a long time. There does however need to be more compassion for those that are doing the hourly rate roles and hearing the room in times of adversity.

although a large company, it does keep some small company values and makes you feel included
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost of living crisis is occurring and the company are making people aware of foodbanks instead of offering competitive salaries
