To see the growth, development and change of teams I have supported and coached over the past year. And more so that others are now seeing this and wants the same.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is good to see when all the team get together and support each other at peak time. My site culture is slowly changing now, but it will take time due to the LOS of most teams.
