Was not really onboarded with support and then struggled to get good communication with my manager who is overworked. Not very clear on processes becaue most of them are non existent and changing constantly. Been waiting for a pay raise for my front line for over 6 months now. I am under utalized

Its basically a start up so you never know what is going to change next, keeps it interesting.
