Salary/Bonus structure is in line with industry standards. The stock option grant program is lacking

In the Americas Eduardo is building a culture of open honest feedback with increased accountability. In the past it was a top down approach that did not lend to a culture of innovation and calculated risk taking

In Jorge Guanter organization you are seen as a business owner and accountable for your overall success this is a welcome change from prior leadership. When you own your own destiny you are more vested in the results and this drives positive outcomes
