Communication does not get relayed. Executive team makes all the decisions but we cant ask questions or share our ideas. Underpaid for the work that is done, too much competition out there.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Manager is hard to get ahold of. Manager's director can be very rude and short leaving me with no resolution or support.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I adore my senior director, he is a great person. There are only a few leaders that care about their position and the company.
