They avoid the conversation of getting a raise. They still think inflation is a myth. They are not doing anything to keep up with the wages other companies are offering.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was offered 60k in 2021 when someone in 2019 was promoted to what I am doing and they were offered 65k. Also, a former colleague of mine was promoted alongside me and another company offered him 68k and he chose to go to the other company and not stay with GXO and make 60k like how I am right now
